Took the train to Örebro this morning. Spent the afternoon wandering through Wadköping, an open air museum, then checked out the castle and the church. A beautiful canal wanders through Örebro. Here are some pics.
Here's Wadköping. The buildings are mostly from the 1500's.
Got Bruce to finally eat somewhere other than Burger King. Here's the cafe where we had Swedish Meatballs, new potatoes and lingonberries.
Then to the castle and cathedral.
If anyone has a big painting job, we found the brush for the job, along with a ball of books for all your reading needs.
